Keeping rubber & tar off the car

Keeping rubber & tar off the car I go to the track every week, and keeping the rubber and tar off of the back bumper is kind of a pain in the nads.
I don't like to leave the car bare (did that once and spent 2 hours pushing tar around and peeling off rubber) so I have been masking the rear with blue painters tape. It works, but it takes a while to mask it strip by strip, not to mention people are pointing and laughing
Is there something else I can put back there? I was thinking of spraying some Pam or even tire shine there so maybe the rubber would wipe off earlier. I don't really care about the wheel wells, it's the bumper that drives me nuts.

I use WD-40. Then before I leave the track I take a plastic body puddy knife and whatever had stuck comes off real easy. With the WD-40 very little sticks when compaired to using nothing.
