Yea, until he cranks it up and dust comes flying out from under the car. Then people will be like "Ummmm why do you have tips on there then if they dont work?" "Same reason a mustang has a hood scoop"

the ceta is between flat and semigloss, i used black bumper coating omn mine...
no tips either, and i actually get alot of compliments about it. i really does need the ceta though without the tips.
