i hit an alligator

i hit an alligator Ok so im driving home tonight after a long night of fishing on the boat, ive been out all day so im ready to go home so im doing around 120 down the main drag home and HOLY **** a alligator runs out of the wooks and in front of me so naturally this part of me 
kicks in and i did a little 
and ran over his tail, by then i was down to only like 45ish so no damage WOO WOO.. when i got out i saw him running into the other side the road and i had to do a little 
, i mean i got to eat you know? lol j/k i didnt shoot him but still i wanted to, almost killed me... just thought it would be good to tell everyone... watch out for gators

yeah, theres a good bit of them around but very rare too see them crossing the road, i live in the FL keys so its all islands and its not like city so they are around... i usually watch for deer,dogs,cats,coons...not gators

That's crazy man. I know a guy that was on some back country roads heading to a party with his s1o blazer full of people. When they came over a hill, there was a huge cow in the middle of the road. Well the blazer was completely totalled and the cow was ready for steaks. It was pretty crazy. The farmer was pissed at him for hitting it. Good thing they didn't roll and no one got hurt. But I can't even amagine running over an aligator.
