I have a regular SS, and i was considering getting decals... installing all the 35th anniversary stripes.. aganist F-body code of honor?... or cool mod?... I have a red SS.. i was going to go with the black stripes but i have chrome rims and the might be a little odd... what do you think the best color would be to put on top of the red?

yea i just didn't want to be lame.. i would never badge it... im proud to have an SS!.. i was actually thinking about the white stripes but we also have a black top... i mean... Red/Black top/White stripes/Chrome rims... ehhhh i would need to see some pics... does anybody have that?

The Anniversary stripes are silver. They look pretty kickass, *I* think. As for the badges, regular 35th SS'es have the plain "SS" badges. It's the 35th Limited Edition SS that has the oval "35th Anniversary Chevrolet Camaro SS" badges.

black would be cool. it's a classic stripe color for red cars, and it wouldn't look like your car was a 35th, just similar stripes.

I would go with the 35th white stripes for your car. Its a pretty amazing look and as long as you don't badge it as a 35th anniversary then everything should be gravy.

the 35th stripes are fine just dont badge it as a 35th. 99.9% of people have no clue the badges are different anyways (or care).

I have mine in my garage waiting to put them on my NBM Camaro.
35th anniversary silver will look real hot and I have a Z28 with SS Hood and c6 z06 Corvette wheels. Its all parts bin stuff so its all good.

yeah i was wondering the same thing about having those stripes!, but I bought the car with them on already! the only thing I added was the black Hood Scoop Insert, I would never think of badgeing it a 35th LE ever! but it is a 2002.

oh i know they are not 35th stripes, and i wouldnt know where they are from, like i said, i got the car with them already, at least they are straight! lol
