Default CME for sale

This has been on ebay for a very long time and no one is buying it.
The guy is very expensive and his shipping is waaay too high for for people in Canada. The guy i bought it from only charged me $30 bucks US to ship to Canada and i got it under $330 bucks. Have they gone up that much in price?

Yes they have. They are no longer for sale from SLP and are more of a rarity than anything nowadays. You'd be hard pressed to find a set for less than 800$ anymore.

lol..yeah man. I sold my valence and non-oem cme (the stainless one) for $750 a couple weeks ago. I didn't want to, but for the prices they were going for I bought a cam, spring kit, and FTRA.

For just the valence?! Holy Hell! Just last fall I sold my nearly new setup (valence was painted and had been on the car a short time, but tip and everything else was NEW) for around $900 I believe. I know that's still a lot, but that was everything necessary for a CME setup.

I was fortunate enough last year to buy the 5 piece gfx package typically from the RS for 50 bucks...cleaned it all up and sold individually and probably made 500 off of it. Supply and Demand...supply and demand!

Haha I sold ten of those to that seller last August. He was going to build is own CME tips and sell them as packages. I guess he decided against it. Since I did sell him ten it probably isn't the same one again and again but different ones each time. I don't remember for sure but I believe I sold them to him for $300 each and I paid shipping. At the end of my run of them I'd put them on eBay with the reserve set at $300 and they never sold for less than $700 after a bidding war started.

As for people complaining about the price, demand drives price. If you think it costs to much don't buy it. It's as simple as that.

The guy actually lowered his price. He had 4 of them listed for $850 buy it now and sold 3 of them. Previous to that he sold one for $650. I put mine up for a $99 starting price and it ended up getting bid up to $635. I wanted to use it but since tips are insanely expensive for used busted up ones and I really don't care to the look of the stainless one I decided to sell it. Of course David Hamburger puts up a new tip on ebay after I had listed my valence! Oh well...they just hurt flow with those double 90 bends anyways!
