How to layer wax?

It largely depends on the specific product you use. "Pure" waxes and sealants can usually be layered after 12-24 hours cure time. Products with cleaners, abrasives, and/or solvents can't really be layered.
If you're talking about Turtle Wax Ice, I'd say anything more than two layers is a waste.

hmmm well it seems to work fairly good, but where i live its kind of hard to tell because it wares off quick and its really dusty,salty around here in the keys

i wash my car weekly, generally on a saturday by monday its very dusty so i use a terry clothe to wipe it down, by wednesday its dusty again so i terry it again, by that saturday its generally looking horrible and i have to clean it again
