Thanks for all of the kind words. I deffinately have spent my time searching on here and seeing different cars to know which way I wanted to go. I was almost set on a ram air hood but fell in love with the HO. I had to wait like 3 months for the body shop to get done with it since there were some issues with the gel coat. I about went insane waiting on it. My freind has been learning how to be photographer so we still are working on doing a photo shoot and hope to have some better pics soon. I actually have the turnsignals painted with nightshades but with the flash they look un painted. I have been up in the air about the red caliper's since they stand out so much. My plan was to polish the calipers and have the brackets black. I have had a few freinds talk me out of it so I stuck with the red. I got the paint from a corvette part company. They have been painted for 3 yrs now and besides needing an occsional wax they have held up great.
HotwhipTa I love your car and have followed your posts a while back when you painted the car. I had the same problems with my hood and gelcoat seperation. I think mines was getting painted the same time you were working on yours so I felt your pain.
