seat belt? i have a 1994 camaro. how do i unlatch the bottom of the seat belt? i need to get the seatbelt guide off and looks like the only way to do so is to unlatch/unscrew/whatever the bottom part of it where it is anchored to the floor. can anyone tell me how to get this off so i take out the seat belt guide?
