what wheels should i get?

what wheels should i get? i know CCW and iForged look the best, but im on a budget, i have C5's now but i was something with a lip like Boyd Coddingtons or TTII's or something
heres some pics of my, and i plan on lowering it more (like 2" altogether, its lowerd 1.5"'s now)
