Animal, next time I'm out this way I'll give you a shout. It wont be until the fall though when the little lady comes back for her senior year at UT.
As for teaching there is a sticky in this forum that I wrote with some info and tips on getting started on better pictures. It has alot of good info in it.
You think all the nice pictures in magazines, on posters, and in prints aren't post-processed? Its part of turning out a nice result. No picture out of no camera on the face of the earth with even the best photographer behind the lens can produce a picture straight out of the camera that looks that good untouched. The pictures were taken with certain post-processing techniques in mind. I took the pictures, I did the post-processing, and I got what you see here and I put alot of time and effort into learning just how to do it. Joe Blow off the street couldn't pick up my camera and computer and make what you see here.
