Ok, let me answer as many questions as I can.
You do not need any other bolts besides the ones that came with your hood. There are two hinges that allow the hood to pivot up and down. They are at the bottom of the windshield and right next to each fender. There are multiple holes on these hinges. You will want to take a drill bit and make these holes larger so that the bolts can slide around the holes. Doing this will allow you to adjust the hood even further. Once you have a good alignment, you can ask a buddy to give you a hand finalizing it. Have him hold the hood in position and then have yourself tighten all of the screws.
The bump stops will not have to be removed, at least not for a VFN hood. Sometimes you have to have one stopper higher than the other to get the hood to "twist" a little it. Obviously, I don't mean twist like a pretzel, but just a little tweak so that it will even itself out.

Haha easy. well i see the bolt you are talking bout on the end by the window. thing is you say multiple holes on the hinges? well mine just has one where the bolt is. its a 94 if that makes any difference. i took a picture i can email you but its hard to even see anything.
