I see that it says you joined before me, but I distinctly remember that whole ban thread and it wasnt that long ago.

VHT is just a better brand for jobs like these.

I don't recall seeing VHT products, is it a type of paint or a brand? Probably a stupid question though. I painted my valve covers with the metal cast paint from duplicolor. That is high heat and they look good.

Yep Ed gave me the boot, but it wasn't personal.

Had something like 5,400 posts in less than 9 mo i was there. I still shoot **** with some of the guys that are on here and there, what they tell me that it's not the same without ol' Kage over there.

I painted mine. Only the front portion will show as I have custom FRC’s. I sanded most of the casting flash off, and spent a little extra time w/ fine grit on the front portion. I think they turned out well. Polishing is too much work, and would be waste of time and effort in my case.
