3M tape will give you better odds, JB Weld won't really bond they way you want it to (as an epoxy).
There's some stuff they're using now that is like a liquid weld for min-tubs and stuff, that might hold.
I personally would fiberglass, screw, or dzus clip it on
.Yeah dont know why people are jumpin down my throat.. I was just using JBweld cause everyone knows it but my question was more directed towards using epoxies in general... You guys you do know glue plays a part in the structural ridgidity of your car

Again, if you insist on some type of epoxy look into what they are using on the mini-tubs...

Naww like I said earlier I will prob just rivet it and use some bondo to make the surface look flat and smooth

we run Dzus clips for the snorkel scoop on our '69 chevelle to hold it on. Basically, went and bought a fiberglass 69' chevelle snorkel scoop hood, cut out the scoop, and then Dzus clips and mated it to the original metal hood. It works perfect, and gives you the option of running with or w/o it.
