1. you can just rince then dry then wax. Why even rewash its a unnecessary step.

2. You would have to leave the bar in the water for months for it to break down. I seen it happen at a dealership while i was detailing for them.

I saw a guy use straight laundry detergent as his lube once and it started to break down before he finished his truck.

Just did the SS with the clay bar & Meguiars cleaner wax. Car is definitly better looking now then before.

Did they do away with the monthly G100 give away?

I just bought a porter cable, but still need the backing plate, pads, products 83 & 80.

Clay will break down with enough repeated lubes with soapy water. It's not common, but I've had it happen to me. And no, I don't leave my clay in water for months.

I wasnt saying you left it in water for months but at coggin honda they did and theres did. So yes it can break down left in the water.

After using soap as the lube i will never use the QD as the lube its a complete waste of QD.

I havnt been on there in some time but i guess they did away with that drawing.

About a year ago i meet barry at a sponsored show they did. He sigind my car and we talked for some time. Real nice guy.
