Saw this on one of the "Hottest Formula" thread, but I'd like to know what kind of lights are these and where to get them

I bet they're the entire fog light housings that you can usually buy from autozone but I really can't tell

look like LEDs to me. theres a couple places that sell LED foglights, not for performance lighting purposes but to match the color of the car or the hid kit people run in their headlights
