Do what YOU like. My opinion is a hood like that needs to be backed with an engine. Or else its like stuffing socks in your underpants. Some States it is illegal to have that hood. (Obstruction of view)

if you buy one of the "cheaper" lt1 ws6 hoods such as the ones sold on ebay you are just asking for countless headaches and disappointment when it comes time to fit the hood . I purchased one a few months ago and it required at least two days of modding and fitting up and thats with access to my dads machine shop to custimize the stock hinges, make spacers, etc. Even after we got it looking the best we could there are still gaps that I don't like on it.
