Default cleaning white engine bay

I tried to clean my engine bay, especially the underside of the hood, and it's nasty gray/greasy,
any recommendations on what to use?

thanks

Diluted simple green and a power washer with a fan setting. Stiff nylon bristle brushes.

and make sure your engine is COLD!!!!! Try to pull it outta your garage or wherever and let it sit and cool down for a long time. You dont want any of that heat otherwise when you spray it down with cleaner it might make it spotty.
