first off... they dont look as bad as i thought htey would (i remember your original post)... still doesnt fit right on a t/a tho... id like to hear them... just to see i cant see those putting out the same sound as a borla with open plate... SECOND.... dont get the slp lm2... i had that on my car and hated it... sounded like a tin can was welding in my exhuast.... i recently just replaced it with a GMMG system and cant be happier... if you dont of the $$$ for GMMG, borla, or corsa ( all sound great)... id go with either a hooker, or magnaflow... i had hooker on my old car sounded really good... dont get flowmaster it robbs you of horsepower plus they sound like ***...
p.s. your avatar picture is depressing looking...

it doesn't look that bad honestly.
believe me, it could be MUCH MUCH MUCH MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH worse.
as long as it sounds and runs good, and the rest of the car looks awesome
who cares?

Yeah?
I really hate magna flow and flowmaster.

Sorry to hear that about your mom, I know the feeling (but with my dad). Anyway, I don't want to flame you, and I know that stuff can get really expensive, but there has to be some kind of low cost alternative. I'm sorry, but you really need to change that out.

PS since you have a good looking true dual setup you can have some Sweet Thunder chambered mufflers fabbed in there. They are the same style as the GMMG for alot cheaper. That will make for a radical sound. http://www.sweet-thunder.com/chamber...html#stainless

you do a know a cutout pipe with instal would cost like only 50 - 80 bucks and it will flow better than any catback on the market and sound great and will keep sounding even better with every exhaust mod you do
just curious how much did the setup cost you

I know it sucks to have to make do .. but I can think of several options for under $50 bucks a side that would have been better, both looks and sound wise.
If you get stuck on another issue like that, and have a limited budget .. hop on here, see if someone has some options for you ..
on the other hand .. sounds like you have a good plan laid out for the car going forward .. hope you get to do it your way.

there are several mufflers CHEAP on ebay.
hell dynomax, magnaflow, flowmasters sell for about 30-70 bucks
and you didnt have to get duals, you could have gotten 1 muffler, replace the stocker and throw in a cutout less than 100 total.

I rather run no exhaust then have them gay fartcans on my f-body. Just ask someone on here for a stock WS6 exhaust, im sure after you show them the pics they would be happy to send you one for next to nothing.
