from what ive read the problem is you need an adjustable panhard bar. the length of the panhard bar gives your car an angle off of the rear end. other threads ive read most f bodies sit slightly crooked after lowering them but not quite as bad as yours. spend the $110 for adj panhard, lay it out next to your old one and make it like 3 inches shorter and see if it solves your problem. it it still doesnt make it shorter

if your car originally did this its possible you had a pan hard from a non convertable camaro, thats the only reason as to why in stock suspension your car would have the lean. im not sure but i think in order to deal with the extra weight verts had a shorter pan hard

I think the panhard centers the rear axle in relationship with the body. I would think it will correct an upward angle problem, IMO.
