Default rear hatch? pics

My 95 camaro hatch for some reason is "off" a little bit. If you look at the top on the left side the window does not follow the roof line? as far as I know the car has been in no accidents, carfax comes up clean.

The only thing wrong with it is that the hydrolics are out so you have to hold it up if you want to open it. the only thing I can think of is that since the hydrolics don't work, the previous owner would hold it up on one side whenever he needed it open it, causing it to maybe be a little tweaked?

anyone else have this problem or can anyone think of other possible causes?

thanks

andrew

i dont see what you are talking about, but just because carfax doesnt say it was not in a crash doesnt make it so. when i was looking at camaros back in december i would car fax them before going to look, and still half of them showed body gaps that revealed an obvious accident.

not all shops report accident damage to the DMV, especially if it didnt go through insurance.

Mine was doin that and i was takin a auto body class in college and just stayed over one day and me and one of the techers loosened the bolts and put some washers in them and tightened it back up and lined everything back up, but i had a big gap between hatch and sail panel and stuck out a little buy the tail light panel.
