it most certainly does and i will always be cautious now... and no im not gonna sell the wheels haha. ill let you know if i decide to part out instead of fix it.

mm, didnt any witnesses stop and say they saw that got clip you? That's odd that you got a ticket. Makes me think no one stopped or saw anything else other than after the fact crap, and then no one took you for your word.
Something similar hppened to me, but a guy stopped saw told what he saw, and I guess it matched what I said had happened. The guy who ran into me kept on going. Though I didnt hit any other cars, but I didnt get a ticket nor did the insurance rates go up etc.
Man seems like they are hosing you

yeah thanks. and no not one darn person stopped and said anything. the only ones were the people that i hit as i was spinning and they claimed that they didnt see the guy hit me.. yet they did somehow see me failing to control my speed.. oh well its over with now.
