Default Under the hood

Looking for an extremely good engine degreaser... my under hood area isnt bad but im looking for something good that wont really dull the metal products under the hood... and any ideas with stuff thats good to keep the plastics and hoses looking new?

i use armorall wipes on all my hoses and black plastic pieces to keep them nice and dark and shiney.. some people use tire shine, it works well but dust really clings to it
