Any suggestions????? It is a 96 and yes I did unscrew it but it still has the base and the little medal rod stickin out. I do not need the radio just listen to CD's and ipod.

cut it out, dyna-de-lite the hole, sand, prep, paint/clear and you wont have an antenna, pretty much not much else you can do other than a bitviper antenna.

i work at a garage on the week end... i stumbled across a small rubber piece kind of like a valve stem cap but all rubber... n just slipped it over it.... if u want message me and ill take a pic or i can even send u one... im not sure what its used for but.... hell it makes that antenna peice so much better without the metal nub
