Arrow Bug and Tar Removal

Out here in the country I seem to run upon many critters that love sticking to my bumper. Bugs and frogs at night... tons of little frogs that seem to hurl themselves towards your headlights. Birds during the day, I've hit way too many birds. Bobcats during early morning hours.

I've tried tons of different types of bug and tar removal products. And I've found that WD-40 seems to do the best and doesn't harm the paint. What have you guys found that works good?

WD-40 is pretty universal for bug and tar removal. Stoners Tarminator also works pretty well.

Just remember to re-wax anytime you use products like these. A good coat of wax/sealant will also help when it comes time for removal.

Wizards makes a product that is specific for taking bugs off. It works pretty good, and I've always been happy with the Wizards products.

We use this for bugs, tar, grease and adhesive removal. Even used it for removal of chewing gum from automotive carpets.

clay bars good for liek deep contaminants.. u shouldnt have to use a clay bar for bugs n **** unless its like caked on for months.... i just wash it n most **** comes off... and if i miss nething i use the rain-x stuff.. works pretty good... its like a gel... not liquied so i just gel up the area i want... and let it sit and it strips the **** right off.... ive tried alot though... stoners tarminator i think works pretty good just the same for turtle wax... GASOLINE! thats crazy.... u better wax that bad boy every where that **** touches n whipe it with a damp rag as soon as u remove that ****....
