Yea thats a 97 t/a and Gm designed the camaro front end first, which fits fine over a stock ls1 motor....

as you can see in the pics, they are NOT identical in every way. no 2 body panels are alike. same chassis setup/running gear, but the bodies are totally different. this goes back to 1967. yeah, same car (kind of) but even then, you could not swap panel to panel, pontiac to chevy. at least not without looking retarded.

the same goes for the solstice and saturn sky. same car, bascially, but no 2 common panels.
