billet grill with the SS in the middle?

Greg :p

I just installed the stripes on Sat night right before the special ZL-1 delivery at Berger Chevy on Sunday. They are custom made using a high metallic GunMetal Grey color as I want them subtle on my black car. So far I'm the first one to have GunMetal on a black car in the anniversary style and I am very happy with the way it turned out. With the new stripes your eye is now drawn to the GunMetal painted hood scoop grill that just seemed to get lost before.
I haven't really posted any pics of it yet with the stripes as I want to get my wheels on first.

The Grille is a Stull polished Billet unit which I got for about $95 from a non sponsor. It is the same one that is used on the Berger,Hot Rod and ZL-1 Camaros, except they are black. I really like the polished one on my black car as the black would just get lost IMO.
Install is a piece of cake with only 4 screws (and of course holes) to contend with.
The SS is the actual GM black with silver outline found on the side of our SS cars. Unless you have the black with red outlined emblems. It is attached over a '67 "SS" grill emblem to give it the chrome/black surround and backing plate.
The corners are the '93-'97 APC clear lenses which are textured just like the stock ones, only clear. I personally don't care for the crystal clear lenses as you can see the yellow bulb in them when they are off and any condensation that may form inside the lenses. I got them from another non sponsor for around $35.
