Can't get the abs wire loose to pull it up from the front suspension to the top of the engine bay. I really don't want to cut & splice it but I'm about ready to because I have everything else ready to go. I know there's a clip down there but I can't see it anywhere.

 

I think i got mine from underneath the car....kinda by the 02 sensor connector. if i remember right.

 

Agree - think I got it off from inside the wheelwell when I had the plastic liner removed.

 

I was able to reach it from the top of the engine bay. If you can't that way then try and get to it from the bottom of the car.

 

I undid the clip right where the connection is, by the control arm, but there seems to be another clip holding the wire in place because I can't pull it up... Would I be an idiot to just cut & splice the wires?

You have to pull down on the bottom plug. The top one has a clip of some sort holding it in place to the body/frame. If you aren't able to reach it from the top then you can reach it from the bottom.
