What I used to have, slant cut tips, that were angled:

I fixed the one sides hanger later on so they sat more even.

No doubt, a lot of beautiful Camaro's with tips in this thread. However, I've never been a fan of tips. That's just my opinion. I'm all 3" custom dual setup with 3" turndowns dumped.

turndowns are nice.. but you dont get the look while you are driving.. only people can see if they look under the car or if your car is on the lift.
I get compliments all the time. Anyway, good luck with your choice!

Looks nice.. But do they hang too low?

My true duals hug up on the car soo much higher. Although, I did have to minipulate the floorboards some. But it was well worth it.

Anyways, your car looks great!

Not trying to steal your thread SsycoticSS, just answering Blknight6989. I run Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials(315's). You can go to the "Wheels & Tires" section and under "Pics of 315's in the rear!" A lot of guys have them now.

Here is mine with a hooker slant cut dual tip, sucks though I had to have the 2.5" inlet made to 3" and there is a restriction at the middle of the tip then.
I love my Meg's tips. When I bought them 5 years ago, they were $80 a tip. A few months ago, I thought I'd get some new ones and contacted Cone, the makers of the Meg's tips, and they now want $154 a tip! I just about fell out of my chair. They have to be some of the most expensive tips out there. They are nice, but definitely not that nice.

I don't know why every one makes a big deal about the CME. In my opinion nothing beats polished tips (one on each side).
