Need a helping hand This post is kinda a Page for JONSS but any one with info PLEASE, PLEASE feel free to answer.
In a post "TA trim Bezel" or somethin close to that a ways down on the topic page JONSS provided a pic of his bezel custom painted and it spark the idea in me to do the same only in silver *my accent color* so I took out my bezel but now I cant get the damned thing apart *the clear lens and black trim*
I tried heating it in the oven like the camaro guys do to there head lites and only succeeded in warping one of the tabs..I took a heat gun to but only scceeded in melting the platic along with foam on that rest on the steering colume.....
I am determined to do this now so PLZ, PLZ ANYONE that has done or knows how please teach me....

Translation: How do I separate the lens and the bezel so I can paint the bezel?
Answer: Don't. Mask off the lens and paint away.

Re: Need a helping hand Ok ..... PLEAE check out the folder labeled TA Bezel in my sig for pics of what Im talking about.
I have a 98 TA and when I removed the cluster trim piece I had to unbolt four bolts and the lens/bezel came off as one. My gauge cluter w/needels is still in the car..
No for the camaro guys. When you say your buying a TA bezel does it come like mine or is different?
JONSS has painted his and MBA now sells an over lay for the Bezel Trim... I have PM'ed him with no reply yet on how he did his.
All I want to do is seperate the clear lns from the Bezel Trim if possible if not were/how an I buy one that is a two piecer?
