Keep in mind that this was made with paint, not photoshop, so the finish quality isn't good at all . . .
I've calculated the space needed with 2in tips, according they go under the rocker pannel with a 3/4 or 1 in space, and with the skirt and all you have about 3 1/2in left of grnd clearance between the bottom of the skirt and the road.

I like the idea, BUT, it comes to low to the ground and makes it look like a lame ground effects kit. If there was a way to make it more flush with the car then i think you will have something to go with....or even just have the top valence for the exhaust without the bottom part.....kinda the like the center mount exhaust valence for camaros (I hope you know what I am getting at.....)

jonB nailed it on the head anyone has spent a majority of time under there car nows that there isnt much space from ground to floor especially the further away from the center of the car and if somone has subframes forget it, your idea is quality but the only feasible way to hide the bend in the pipe would be to notch the floor pan where it comes out no side skirt hangs low enough (uless you made it) to surround the tip then you have the same problem again routing the pipe without seeing it under the skirt and the other problem you run into is doing it on both sides, it would have to be a true dual setup. im not cracking your idea by any means i have thought about it myself (that and center exit exhaust.) but as previously stated making the plumbing look good is your major concern

If you spent the time and money to make it look professional then I think it has the possibility to look very good. If you just take some side skirts and dremel a hole in them it's going to look like ***.

No chrome tips or ground effects, just go slash-cut pipes old school AAR 'cuda style. But then you still have the ground clearance issues. My mower blade deck has better ground clearance than my camaro.

I think that would look ok if it were angled back slightly and slash cut in the direction of angle of the tips. Also no ground effects. I think if you did it right you wouldnt need them. Prolly going to a true dual then just angling them out would due. Just my .02 tho

I'll do another pic son of what it could look, by not going all around the pipes but just the bent so the pipes don't hang like nowhere and are still at a skirt lvl. If you don't get it by waht i said, the pic should speak for itself. The ground clearance is an issue, but i won't be able to tell anything before i tried something. . . Maybe bhaving T/A skirs and then lower them some a bit to make them at the pipes lvl, taht'd still leave a good 4 in of clearance maybe more, caus emy cars is at 10 in from the rocker pannel, running true duals would set it at maybe 7.

The only way I can see it being done while maintaining your ground clearance is to remove the back seat, cut the floorpan, route the exhaust through the car and then exit it through the rear quarter just above the gfx. Then weld in a new section for the floor pan so that it keeps the exhaust outside the car. If you're lucky you might be able to cut the bottom seat foam around the hump you made to keep it stock looking.

Remove the passenger front seat, go through the interior and out the passenger door like a circle track car. Or headers up through the hood like a monster truck.

Or........

Tailpipes out the back like normal people

I think that looks good you could camaro skirts they are wider than reg TA skirts also maybe a chrome z28 tip would help with clearance. mufflers can be bullets right after the Y there will be more clearance there.
