I would personally get a 97+ dash to match the console. The 97+ looks so much better than the 93-96. Plus you won't have to make anything to cover a gap. Just my .02

^ why would you want a corvette emblem in a Camaro? More importantly it doesnt fill anything. It rather connects them. The same item with a camaro crest or something like that would look great but not a corvette emblem.

if i had an LT1 camaro, the FIRST thing i would do is buy a 97+ dash. The LT1 interior is so ugly compared to the newer style. Looks like it belongs in a Geo Metro. And theyre not that expensive are they? I want one for my 94 firebird. A 2002 camaro ss interior.

i personally would just get the 97+ dash i never have liked the "blister" A/C vents on the pre 97's. I bought a 97 because i decided that the thing i hated the most about LT1's was the interior. so when i knew i couldnt afford a 6-speed LS1 i knew i was looking for a 97 6-speed LT1. Just my opinion.

i love the pre 97 dash

it would be too complicated to swap dashes for a 15 min console swap

I plan on swapping to M6 and getting rid of the center console all together. I have a nice sized piece of OEM carpet and will just fill in the space with carpet. Saves space, weight, and should look pretty good.

Well a camaro is not too far away from a vette. Plus I like the emblem and it fit perfectly. I sold the thing on eBay anyways.
