Someone really wanted that bad as they are a PITA to get off due to the screws being small torx head that are buried in the seam between the cover and front fascia along the bottom.

Just look around. I had been looking for one for a while because when i bought my car it didnt have it. I live in NJ and the law says you have to have a front plate. But I said fu** that. I bought mine off some dumb girl at the race track who had a red trans am. I said I'd give her 50 bucks for it and she said OK. It was in great condition. theyre about $75 from the dealership without paint. So I lucked out. I wouldnt go to the dealership, look on EBAY like the other guy said, and just ask whenever you see someone with the same color Trans Am. <-- thats what I did.
