My approach kind of goes against the grain. First define what you want in terms of a look.

Second, and most important: No matter what you tack on (or take off), no appearance will be complete without good detailing. The paint work must be done at a highly detailed level before any look can be finished.

Third: Observe what works well (and what doesn't) for SOM. SOM camaros don't appreciate a lot of dramatic changes (like too much stick-ons and tack-ons, "overchrome"). SOM takes off with gradual and/or complimentary changes, or even a single dramatic change, such as black or gunmetal wheels.

Use good planning and moderation, excellent detailing is a must, and you'll be set.

PS: Resolve the grille.........even if it means putting the old stock plastic plate back until you decide on a grille.

put some D's on that bitch....or not!

acutally, I would do the Berger panel, SLP grille, and drop it like its hot. Then mod the **** out of the drivetrain!

Actually those lights look pretty good. As said before it flows with the color of the car. I am surprised nobody has told you to lower it. That is usually the first comment posted . I think the exterior is straight. Maybe a hood scoop fill in or the manta. That would look good. A grill for sure.

stock smoked taillights, !sidemolding, and a grill for sure. Then of course lowering and wheels(but i think the stock wheels widened would look really good).

Start with the small things first. I'd recommend you fix your fenders, the tabs are probably broken and you'll need to lightly hammer them back in. The berger panel mod would also look great and not cost much. The taillights aren't bad but I still think stock looks better.

Some hardtops come black, some came painted with the body color.
I personally can't stand the painted tops that match the body color, looks too much like a V6 since most, if not all, of the 6'ers had the top body color.
