where can i get some parts chromed ???? steve could probably answer this for me, but any answers would be appreciated.
parts i am looking to get chromed:
1. Hotchkis STB
2. hood hinges
3. hood latch bracket
4. hood strut brackets
5. hood striker
6. hood lever
just wanna find a chromer that will do an excellent job for a decent price.
and any other steel part i can unbolt from the engine compartment!

Re: where can i get some parts chromed ???? I went with www.calchrome.com They did my wheels, STB, and a few engine brackets.. High quality work, but right now they have quite a line.. The best time is during the Winter, as there usually aren't too many car shows.

This place does great work. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for in chrome plating.

AAA Chrome and Gold in Tenn. is the best price I found and quality. They have did other cars on here not to mention tons for me. I just send them my parts and they chrome them, call me and send them back. Pretty quick turnaround but not sure if the Summer months slow them down? I do mine in the Winter. Some places have quoted me prices and I've had them send my parts back but AAA Chrome is a lot cheaper and I'm picky because I enter a lot of shows and they done A+ work for me.

Gary, I've recently had some issues with Mike at AAA Chrome and will no longer be using him, please beware......
