There's no reason this kit won't hold up as long as the pre-wrapped panels on newer cars. One way you can do it if you're not 100% confident is order a small panel, say a AC vent, and see if you can do it. If you can, order the rest and have fun!

how much do you guys think it would cost me to have this done by an upholstery shop with real leather? i'm taking out the back seats and want to replace all the carpet and cover some panels, etc.

Honestly I'd say about $400-700 depending on the shop.

When I called a place local about making a custom headliner & door inserts it was gonna run me about $500 & that was with me suppling them with the original parts for templates. Upholstery shops usually take alot of pride in their work & pricing reflects that.

It'll be way cheaper to buy your own materials & do it yourself. Unless cost isn't a issue.

I luckily had already bought my stuff & was just wondering how good a deal I had got on it when I called around for pricing.

I'm going to offer all the pieces separately and then a kit w/ all of them at a discounted price. That way if you just want to buy a small piece and try it out, you can. Or if you buy the kit and mess up a panel

Thanks

Very nicely done - is it safe to assume the website will be updated when everything is officially available?
