**** **** with switch to open cut out idea... Wonder if I can use this shift **** to open and close a cut out?

yes, you could, but you would need to use 2 buttons, and 2 relays.

Have been looking into shift *****, and thought it might be cool to have the switch for the cut out right there at my finger tips. I'm more leaning towards a Momo **** anyway.
Or do those just look like they belong on a jetta? :p

How hard is it to mount the dizam thing where your ash tray is or your tracation control (if applicable) They Mccord sells cutout switches that look like factory peices. Just my .02 i believe in keeping the interior stock looking, most places have the right idea, when you start modding the inside it starts to look like crap, i've seen way to many pep boys painted interiors with flame ball grips, looks like a civic.

Just a thought. I doubt that they make them to thread right on to an F-body, but the riceboy parts you are looking at don't either. Set-screws or adapters are in your future if you want a **** with a switch.
I got an idea while on this subject...
Why not hook your cut-out to a throttle activated switch? Set it to activate only on hard accelleration... the only time you need the extra flow.
