Penny is "almost" fixed.. just painted
I have no idea if you can pull the car out for the night while SEMA is going on, but if you can, you should drive to my families place on Lake Mead. The road there is epic; perfect twisty road, with the turns slanted. Not to mention the scenery is perfect to take pics. It's about 30 to 40 minutes from the strip.
Just thought I would let you know.

They are done sanding are are buffing the car now. Next will be plumbing the Fuel Safe fuel bladder tank.
Lots of minor stuff to do, I picked up a Momo wheel today..

Oh Wilwood is upgrading the brakes on Penny to some brand new track version of their 6-piston deal.

I've seen paint jobs where they have over $5,000 in color sanding and buffing..
Ok.. progress pics...
Today was "final buff" day.. the next step will be re-assembly and install of the new gas tank (and plumbing).. Two weeks till I have it back :woot:
