jman - What was the actual price on these hoods?

blueeyeddevil - the black hood does look pretty sick on that red car lol

blkbird - i think it looks funny because we rarely see it done, but IMO it looks nice and clean

To me that hood is too close to a stock hood. but different strokes.

I molded in the front of my car a couple years ago.

Honestly, I almost did bid on that hood, but I don't want to use my credit card that hard! Nice win; and what a nice, shiny, new prize!! Swat

the only reason i bid is because i was bidding with insurance money lol. The only reason I havent molded in the front bumper is because i live in nyc love it here, but the laws suck lol

Hey that red car is mine. Roger took that pic when he put the hood on for me. Here are pics of it painted.

I have since went with a WS9 as I just like the more aggressive nostrils.
You will be very happy with any hood you get from Roger.

Sure wish I would have known he'd start making them again. I was all ready to order one from him, and had talked to him about it, but then I called to order and he said he broke the mold and wouldn't be doing them anymore. Said he was doing viper hoods instead now. If I would have known he'd start making them again, I'd have waited from buying the raptor hood for this one. Oh well now .....

I'll try to remember when I get home....I will admit that as a short guy I have no idea where my headlights are after I put the hood on.

I think he usually starts the bidding at $950 on ebay and I bought mine directly from him for a little less than that.......

Good for you! This is actually the first time I've seen this hood, and I really like it!

What color is your car? And do you have a larger spoiler like a TA/WS6 or a smaller one like a formula?

i have the blue green chameleon. standard firebird so it is the smaller spoiler. SHould look identical to the silver bird on the first page.

It sounds like you have your hands full right now, but later on you should look into upgrading the spoiler to a T/A style one. I've always loved the way they look (especially with the larger WS6 hood). It would go perfect with the aggresive lines of this new hood. But like I said, it looks like you got a lot on your plate already.
