Acutally, I will disagree with you here..Here is a couple of pics from my full details:
First pic is my black camaro at 80,000 miles:

Second picture is a 67 chevelle I did:

my point: Yes, you can get every scratch out even in the flash of a camera!

Negative. You can get any color to the point where it won't show anything at all, under any light (sun, halogen, xenon). You just have to know how to do it.

I absolutly agree with you there, it just takes alot of time and patients, and yes you have to know what you are doing, I do have some slight spider webbing on the right side top of my headlights. To tell you the truth, by the time i finished the rest, i was tired when i made it up to the front, i know, thats no excuse, I'll post another pic of it after i finish the front. Black is very difficult to hide or totally get rid of any kind of imperfection, but it can be done, and your detail jobs you got there are second to non. Awesome job you did there.

Take this for example....
First day I picked it up at the stealership... no marks, scratches, etc.

Second day after I washed it and put on the TA Decals...shows very fine scratches on the door with the flash...

Now same day picture, just under different lighting...no scratches can be seen. Its just the nature of a black car.
That about right, i can guarantee you, you can buff out all the imperfections, not that hard to do, but after each wash and drying, you'll get some kind of small imperfection, such as spider webbing. especially on black colored car.

The bear rotors are easy to take off and put on a bench top polisher using an 8inch buffing wheel with some white rouge, they'll shine right up, as a matter of fact, if you buff them long enough, you can put a mirror shine on them.

Nightmare - awesome car! Words don't even describe that undercarriage.

I do have one question - your sig says "triple black WS6." I always thought that meant interior/exterior/convertible top. What is the third thing referring to?

Maybe a stupid question, but I just had to ask.

Not true. You can easily avoid most of the micro-marring, spider webbing, and scratching caused by improper washing/drying. First thing is to use a sheepskin/microfiber wash mitt that is absolutely clean with no residing dirt/crap. Second, use two buckets, one for lathering up with soap and one for rinsing your mitt off after each panel to get the dirt out before lathering up for the next panel. Third, use a quality waffle weave towel (or sometimes better yet, a leaf blower) to dry the car.

If you follow these steps, you will avoid 95% of the scratches and swirls caused from improper washing. If you want to take it even further, you can purchase a foam gun to use with a pressure washer so you don't have to use a soap/lathering bucket, further avoiding contamination of dirt you've touched on a prior panel that may have found its way into the soap/lathering bucket. It's not impossible to do, it just takes the knowledge, time, and money (for quality washing/drying products), which some people aren't willing to provide.
