It's not over till the new spoiler is here and fits good. I'm still mad this happened. Another month till I get the spoiler and have it painted. SLP has been good so far though.

its just one of those deals where they lay it up, and the glass guy goes "woops", then "that should still fit ok" then cusses that he has to make so many spoilers all the time, then ends up seeing that woops spoiler again and cusses it. measure twice, cut once.

Thanks. I'm a bit nervous. I just hope the new one fits a lot better than the last one. I have faith in SLP.
True. They said they had my problem on a few cars when they were putting the SS spoilers on them.

UPDATE:
New spoiler arrived today. I took it out of the box and did a test fit. Fits perfect. SLP came through. I had no problem exchanging the spoiler. Thanks SLP!
Time to get it painted.

Hahah. I took a little more effort then I wanted to get the ball rolling and gettig my voice heard over at SLP. Once I got in contact with Joey @ SLP, he had UPS at my door the following day ready to send back the spoiler.

glad to hear things got fixed. was the spoiler a scratch-n-dent one because those are the only ones i see for $165 unless the prices got bumped back up to all the 96/97 ss spoilers. plus it says no returns on scratch-n-dent products so now i dont want to be the one that ends up with your old spoiler going through the same thing, may god forbid. just glad your story ended well, look forward for those pics.
