here is a picture of mine, took about 15mins to make... i used a piece of cardboard to get the shape, then had an empty dvd case that i traced it onto then cut out.. drilled a few holes, put in the switches and was done..

Where did you buy the ABS Plastic. I've called Lowe's Home Improvement, Radio Shack, The Home Depot, Advance Auto, etc. and no one seems to carry it. Any help is much appreciated.

it is actually a piece of aluminum covered in black vinyl..haha i guess it kinda does look like ABS plastic

thats what i did..

i started with a piece of cardboard to get the shape, then traced it onto the case.. you can get 3 switch panels out of one case and they can easily be cut with a pair of scissors
