Try more like wetsanding each one for 4+ hours. I tried to save my oem ones, but I didn't have the paitence.

Do it yourself...

I did mines and it was the easiest thing ever. I did leave mine in the oven longer than I believe 15 minutes the write up tells you to and it was soo easy to open them up.

And if they are really hazy, use like a 2000 sandpaper and wet sand them and polish them with some plastic polish.

we fucked up my friends headlights in the oven so he bought the "half done" whistler lights off of ebay for his pewter Z. i think they look fine, six months and counting and no hazing or cracking

procar parts is sold out, i think thats where my friend got his from. notice how the bottom of the headlights are still chrome, thus they are called the half done






and the fully done whistler mod

I wanted to get these but they were unavailable at the time and ginstead went with the projectors. These still look nice and I would consider getting them.

went a liittle overboard with the silicon, wanted a good seal
i suggest you use the black silicon.

I think It just depends on the color of the car and the grill and blinkers.........on the red the "full" whistler mod looks good but on black I think the half would look better.......
