the original:

the 1st replacement:

current version

the OG had a great feel to the shifts and the precise-ness...the MBA, no matter how tite i could screw it on, every once in a while on hard 2-3 shifts it would unscrew and i'd completely miss the shift (not good); but damn did i like the way it looked

the newer hurst pistol grip; I LOVE IT! the most precise/positive/natural shift i've ever felt in a stick shift car...everything from vettes to vipers to ferraris, this is my fav my only problem is i need to cut my UMI short stick down so it sits lower..(mated to a hurst short throw shifter)

I like the look of the classic hurst ball, but it looks huge. For those of you that have it how does it fit in your hand, is it too big.

I have a Hurst T-handle that i had powdercoated gloss black at a local shop (they even did it for free). It kinda stuck out at first, but after a few months of fading with the sun; it matches the interior nicely. The powdercoating hasn't even begun to come off and I've put at least 20k miles on it. I don't have any pics at the moment, but if someone's dying to see it, pm me and I'll get some.
