I'll see if I can dig up some more. It ws a solid mechanical valve train, 383 stroker. Had a 4000 stall, trans brake, TH350, 12 bolt, 4.56's. Had a set of ported stock heads on it I was told.....not sure on the motor specs, becuase I didn't build it.

At first glance I was gunna say stock, then my eyes wandered to the fenders and then I realized you said it was an LT, and now i'm curious as to what is going on!

Yeah, I could have said it's a Z28...but I would be a liar. The dead give away is the chrome trim. Z28's had black trim from the factory. Actually, my Camaro is mismatched with various Z28 parts. The hoodscoop is from a '80-'81 car and the fender grilles are from a '78-'79 car. I figured it doesn't matter if I mismatch since my Camaro is a "Z28 clone" anyways.

i love 2nd gens! as a matter of fact i still have my first car. my 1981 camaro. im gunna begin a restoration right after i finish building my 94 on it and do everything i dreamed of doing to it. then i think im gunna go after a 70-72 split bumper or like a 77 and do a bumblebee car.
