Thanks guys for all the compliments.
Well the subframes are finally done and ready for the paper to come off. After sanding, priming, painting, wet sanding, painting, wet sanding, and finally spraying the clear, they are done. Here is a before and after. I think its a big improvement.:thwink: I don't think I will take red back to Road Atlanta any time soon.

Great job I always hate judging your car at the Winter Nat's it's a PITA to find anything wrong. I have two sets of white gloves this year

Thanks a bunch guys. The trick to the wheel wells is autozone or advance truck bedliner spray. It will make those ugly wheel wells look better than new.
This week I hope to get a few more hours in and get the exhaust polished enough to put back on. I would love to work on it more, but I am running out of time. I still have the front to do and install the new k-member and get the headers re-coated. Then comes the paint, wheels, brakes, interior, glass........the list is toooo long, but I do enjoy it. Did I forget to mention the engine detail, and vert top. Oh my.

No i think its... whats the point if you dont ENJOY it. Anyway he said he drove it at road Atlanta and drove it hard enough to put it into the gravel. Christ, noone can do what they want with their car without someone sayin some BS about it.

Ok guys, just for ***** and giggles, red did the long haul power tour in 06 (3000 miles+), has seen Road Atlanta several times, and made the trip to G11last year without the trailer. So yes, it gets driven some.
Now lets get back to the progress.....
Not alot of time this weekend to work on Red,(had to cut a x-mas tree down)but I was able to get the rear end back in the car and bolt everything up.
Here is some more pics.
