I am very sad to hear this...
I remember way back to 1996, maybe 1997, when I was in Riverton, Wyoming. I was on the phone with him regularly during the design of the '96/'97 replica ram air hood for my '89 T/A. He went above and beyond in the customer service department, asking for my thoughts on its style and would spend as long as needed to answer all of my stupid questions about fitting and painting it once it arrived. Despite it being one of the first few produced, the fit was perfect and he even requested I send him a few pics to post on their website at the time, after which it seemed like I was forever receiving complimentary e-mail about that hood. Every time I had that T/A out in small town Wyoming, it would never fail to elicit a response or a thumbs up, and whenever there was a comment or question about the hood, I was always quick to speak of a man named Rex Orr at ASCD. Missed indeed.
