Lets See Those Flat Black F-bodies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, everything that people make fun of 3rd gens for is finally happening to 4th gens. "Drag wheels" on stock cars that don't need it, primer black paint, stupidly wide tires that hang out the *** for NO reason. All quite comical if you ask me..

well both of the flat black cars that have been pictured really can be whatever effin color you want. They are still And also a flat black car that is "well done" and "tastefully completed" like the harrell and Mercedes just screams 'I have something under the hood for ur ***'. In this case its true. BUT I do agree it doesnt look right when you do it on a banged up 305ci camaro in your backyard with rattle cans. THAT is a different story.

It makes me sad, the cheaper the 4th gens get, the more and more they will be riced out, spray painted, and all kinds of other stuff. I guess it's that way with any kind of car though. I saw a C5 vette the other day, had a body kit, funky looking hood and a ton of other ugly stuff. First time seeing that in person, im sure I will see more in the future though.

i agree it takes a good quality paint job in flat black to look good. It only looks good if you use base color, then a flat clear on top. But if it is done right i think it can look mean as hell. just my .02
but yes rattle can in your driveway will NEVER look good. lol
