hood fight ko im 16 and me and my dad are working on a 70 for my first car and we are fighting over which hood would look better. a 4" rise or the ss cowl. i told him that the 4" is better but he wants the cowl. the flapper wont do anything b/c we have a corvette ls1 in it but he wont listen. which looks better to you guys?

Sorry man, I have to disagree. I think the Chevelle cowl induction hood is way nicer than a 4". What do you need that kind of hood for? It's an LS1 not a big block with demon carbs and a high rise manifold. Subtlety is usually best for a street/show car. Not sure what you're going for, but it sounds like a nice street car.
