new reverse lights and tires for the Y2Ks
ok, so i had white LED reverse light bulbs, but they were all facing straight out, and thus looked like a white dot. i found some with a crap load of LEDs going in all directions so they reflect better.
i also got my Falken Azenis RT-615s for my new rear wheels. they get put on tomorrow morning, the fronts are already on.
self explanatory:
old bulbs on left, new ones on right:
both installed:
and a close up, also showing my white LED license plate light:

i actually got the bulbs from a local shop, but they are made by a company called matrix.
i havnt driven yet with them to know if they improved visibility, but i would assume so.

OK so I mounted the new wheels. i used 3 mm spacers and everything seemed to clear. the bump stops were close, but once the car was back on the ground they cleared because they were inside the wheel.
