is it the projectors or just the cutoff? you could try modiying the cutoff first if you wanna go the cheaper route. fitting another projector inside the headlight housings is going to be a PITA if even possible. the hella projectors i am looking at are 90mm.

If you want to take on the adventure of modifying the cutoff, you might be able to do something like I did for the lights on my Jetta. Take a look at my DIY here....

It's really easy. As long as you seal them back up, it's fine.

I'd pick up some 303 Aerospace Protectant and condition them regularly, as I do with any type of rubber seals. They will eventually wear out and crack, but you can get a lot more life out of them if you condition them regularly. It won't fix it, but it'll sure help.

I wonder how they would look like if you paint the inside to a gloss black instead of being flat black.

Anyone want to try ?

Thanks I definitely have to try this. The only prob I have is the pass side. HUGE gap in front of the high beam, and some of the chrome BEHIND the rubber is exposed. GOTTA eliminate that. Where do I look for thos poly spacers??

If you can not find the spacers, you can use washers to make the same thickness. Thats what I did and it works the same.

I ended up going to home depot and buying a couple 3/4 inch poly spacers, one for each side and putting those on

Do you have the inner diameter and the dimensions of the spacer?

Can the long peg just be screwed out, insert the spacer and screw the peg back in?
Thanks

I do not have the inner diameter unfortunatly it's been to long since i've done it so i don't have the packaging any more either. but you should just be able to un screw the long peg and take it into homedepot or any hardware store that carries the spacers, and just match it up.

After that just do as you thought screw it back in with the spacer in place, then your done
